Delete Your InkHeart Account

You can permanently delete your InkHeart account and associated app data from inside the mobile app. You can also email support if you cannot access the app.

Delete in the App

1. Open InkHeart.
2. Go to Settings, then Account.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion prompt.

Email Request

If you cannot access the app, email contact@inkheart.app with the subject line “Delete My Account”.

What Is Deleted

• Profile data, reading progress, bookmarks, library entries, hidden-book preferences, and notification preferences are deleted from active systems.
• Account authentication data is deleted from Google Cloud Identity Platform when the in-app deletion flow is completed.
• Personal data in backups is deleted or expires within normal backup-retention windows.

What May Be Retained

Purchase and transaction records may be retained when required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance. Aggregated analytics that no longer identify a user may also be retained.
